Hyatt's Inclusive Collection Destination Wedding Offer Terms and Conditions

Conditions Apply. The Big Weddings, Big Rewards promotion is valid on new contracted social group bookings hosting a destination wedding at participating resorts within Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection. Bookings must be made by October 31, 2025, for travel through December 20, 2026.

Complimentary Rooms and Upgrades

Eligible groups may receive up to 10 complimentary rooms and up to 10 complimentary upgrades, depending on the season.
Complimentary rooms are applied to the lowest-value room category per night.
Complimentary upgrades apply to the lowest room category booked for the group’s average length of stay.
Maximums by season:
- Holiday: up to 6 rooms/upgrades
- High, Mid, or Low: up to 10 rooms/upgrades
Complimentary room nights are calculated daily and are not cumulative.

Deposit and Payment

For groups of 51–80 rooms, the standard 10% deposit at contract signing is waived.
A 35% payment is due 90 days prior to first arrival.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Dinner Reception

Eligible groups receive one complimentary private dinner reception (location, food, and beverages at resort discretion; upgraded options available at additional cost).
Duration based on rooms booked:
- 51–80 rooms: 2 hours
- 81–100 rooms: 3 hours
- 101+ rooms: 4 hours
Reception must be requested at least 30 days before arrival.

Eligibility

Offer valid only for new wedding group reservations with a signed contract.
Applies to all room occupancies, provided single occupancy rooms do not exceed 30% of the group’s total reservations.
Not valid for Meetings & Incentives groups as defined by Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection Standard Group Policy.
All reservations must be booked through the same source to qualify.

Holiday: Nov 26–Dec 2, 2025; Dec 21, 2025–Jan 4, 2026; Feb 13–17, 2025; Apr 12–19, 2025; Nov 25–Dec 1, 2026; Mar 28–Apr 4, 2026.
High: Feb 18–Apr 11, 2025; Jun 8–Aug 16, 2025; Jan 5–Feb 11, 2026; Feb 17–Mar 27, 2026; Jun 7–Aug 15, 2026.
Mid: Apr 20–Jun 7, 2025; Oct 26–Nov 25, 2025; Dec 3–20, 2025; Apr 5–Jun 6, 2026; Oct 25–Nov 24, 2026; Dec 2–20, 2026.
Low: Aug 17–Oct 25, 2025; Aug 16–Oct 24, 2026.
If travel overlaps two seasons, the benefits are determined by the peak arrival date.

Combinability

This promotion is combinable with Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection Seasonal Savings, Social Stays That Pay, Deal of the Day, and Add-On packages (including free wedding packages) if criteria are met separately.
Not combinable with other group promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
