Marriage Requirements
There is no required residency for couples planning to marry in Bermuda, however, couples must post their Notice of Intended Marriage Form with the Registrar General's Office; a license is issued 15 days after the Notice is published. A divorce certificate (if applicable) and a mandatory fee of US$300.00 are required.
